How We Work
Every property is different, but our approach stays consistent: thoughtful planning, clear communication, and quality work built for mountain conditions. From initial site review to installation and ongoing care, we focus on practical solutions that are well suited to the land, the property, and the way it will be used.
1. Site Visit & Consultation
We begin by learning about your property, your goals, and the conditions that shape the site. This may include an initial walk-through, discussion of priorities, and review of existing systems, drainage, planting, or irrigation needs.
2. Scope, Planning & Estimate
Once we understand the project, we develop a clear scope of work and estimate. Depending on the project, this may include recommendations for landscape construction, irrigation, planting, site preparation, or phased improvements over time.
3. Installation & Project Coordination
We carry out the work with attention to detail, durable installation practices, and respect for the site. Our team coordinates the moving parts carefully so the project progresses clearly and efficiently.
4. Irrigation, Planting & Finishing Work
As projects come together, we integrate the systems and planting work that support long-term landscape success. This may include irrigation installation or repair, soil preparation, planting, seasonal adjustments, and final site details.
5. Ongoing Care & Support
For clients who need it, we continue with seasonal services and ongoing support, including irrigation startups, fall blowouts, garden care, planting maintenance, repairs, and landscape refreshes.
